Job Description:

The role of Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial involves leading the marketing strategy and direction for key commercial customer channels. This is a pivotal position that requires hands-on expertise in driving marketing excellence and commercial performance across diverse B2B landscapes.

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to grow availability, visibility, and conversion while elevating the customer experience.
  • Craft and deliver strategies that turn insights into strategic actions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Category, and Marketing teams to deliver customer-led go-to-market strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a strategic B2B marketer with 10+ years of experience and strong commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in product, portfolio, and campaign management, as well as excellent stakeholder, planning, and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of customer journeys in trade or commercial sectors.
  • Proven success in driving commercial growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills and ability to write compelling campaign content.
