Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Professional

The role involves data extraction, analysis, manipulation, and utilization of data analytics and market intelligence for best practice data analysis within the telecoms industry.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting on complaint trends and dispute resolution outcomes
- Undertaking statistical analysis, quantitative, and qualitative research using methodologies
- Preparing reports for internal stakeholders
- Continually improving in data principles and analysis methodologies
- Reporting on organizational metrics and key performance indicators (outcomes in line with strategic goals)
**Experience and Skills:
- Extensive experience in reporting data trends to external audiences
- Advanced skills in MS Power BI and other business analytic tools
- Advanced skills in SQL, R/Python
- Experience with data warehouses and forecasting methods
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or Commerce/Economics
