The role of Sales Director of Digital Connections involves building and inspiring a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and strengthening partnerships with advertisers, agencies, publishers, and broadcasters.

This leadership position demands strong expertise in digital media sales, customer insights, data analytics, team leadership, and client relationship management.

  • Sales Leadership - Develop and lead sales managers and support teams.
  • Drive results-oriented culture consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Revenue Growth - Design and execute sales strategies across product categories (insights, activation, measurement).
  • Deliver on quarterly and annual budgets.
  • Sales Strategy & Processes - Implement performance metrics, forecasting, reporting, and sales enablement tools to enhance efficiency and results.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across FMCG/CPG brands, media agencies, publishers, and broadcasters.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations to deliver client outcomes and guide product innovation.
  • Market & Product Innovation - Translate customer and industry trends into actionable insights for product development and innovation.

This role necessitates regular travel between VIC and NSW.
