Senior Solutions Architect Job Summary

The Senior Solutions Architect will work closely with customers and customer system integrators to deploy Snowflake, providing expert technical guidance to ensure our customers' success. This individual must be self-motivated, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and passionate about solving complex technology challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database and data warehouse management, including experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.

  • Lead technical aspects of client data warehouse implementations and onboarding efforts
  • Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Delivery matrix resources to provide technical support, project management, and functional guidance
  • Work with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services teams as needed

AS A SENIOR SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Develop close relationships with multiple Snowflake customers
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting implementation issues within their systems
  • Identify, document, triage, and track issues to ensure timely resolution
