Senior Fund Accountant Job Summary

The Senior Fund Accountant plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of exceptional fund administration services. As a seasoned professional, you will serve as a mentor to junior accountants, guiding them in their career development and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and review the work of junior accountants to guarantee precision and consistency.
  • Generate accurate and timely client reports, including regulatory reporting, statutory reporting, unit pricing reports, accounting reports, and tax reports.
  • Calculate and perform first-level reviews for tax services, encompassing BAS/GST, distributions, taxable income computations, and tax returns.
  • Investigate and assist with ad-hoc queries, ensuring compliance with operational risk guidelines.
Technical Competencies:
  • Experience in fund accounting, unit pricing, and tax services is essential.
  • Technical accounting ability, including knowledge of fund accounting, unit pricing, reporting, and tax.
  • Systems experience, including Hi-Portfolio, PControl unit pricing system, and MS Word & Excel.
