We're seeking an experienced Business Operations Strategist to join our team and play a key role in driving the efficient execution of our organisation's strategy.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Customer Commercial Operations team, analysing data to identify insights, and providing operational support to ensure flawless coordination across various departments involved in bringing products or services to market.

Key responsibilities will include forecasting and planning activities, bridging the gap between finance planning and business planning, improving and efficiency of sales leadership team processes, and evaluating and optimising commercial operations workflows.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to drive alignment and optimisation across cross-functional teams.

What Will Keep You Busy:
  • Develop accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Bridge the gap between finance planning and business planning.
  • Improve and efficiency of Sales leadership team's processes.
  • Analyse GTM-related data to derive actionable insights.
  • Evaluate and optimise Commercial Operations processes and workflows.
  • Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness across GTM operations.
  • Lead the tracking of sales performance against targets and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
