About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Village Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Temporary Housing Pod Village.

This role requires strong leadership and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our residents.

  • Administer Occupancy Agreements in line with NSW policies and procedures.
  • Arrange viewings and sign-up processes for new occupants and conduct regular inspections of individual pods.
  • Work closely with the Communities Team to refer occupants to appropriate support providers.
  • Maintain accurate resident records in a CRM system.
  • Manage and resolve occupant queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with NSW Reconstruction Authority and Homes NSW requirements.
