Village Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our temporary housing village. This role will focus on managing resident occupancy in line with our policies, working closely with local stakeholders and supporting residents with higher needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Occupancy Management
- Administer occupancy agreements in line with our policies, with support from the tenancy management team.
- Arrange viewings and sign-up processes for new residents and conduct regular inspections of individual pods.
- Work in partnership with our communities team to refer residents to appropriate support providers.
- Manage and resolve resident queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and timeliness requirements.
- Minimise vacancy turnaround times through timely information sharing and coordination of refurbishment works.
- Assist residents with applications for social housing, income support, or other relevant services.
- Support positive resident transitions into longer-term housing solutions.
