Resort Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the final development phases, ensuring timely completion of site works and construction progress.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and local authorities to ensure a smooth community management experience.
  • Maintain a strong rapport with the community by continuing effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure homes are installed and landscaped according to the resort's aesthetic and streetscape vista standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to conduct interviews with prospective homeowners, providing them with comprehensive information about the community and its offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in resort management, property development, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee construction and development activities.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using project management and resort management software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
