Project Management Specialist

This role encompasses all aspects of access to mobile sites, enabling field maintenance teams to resolve faults and conduct project work according to agreements with Optus and TPH Telecom. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various project management tasks as required, managing national databases assigned by leadership.
The ideal candidate will maintain the highest level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times, representing themselves, their team, and clients in a positive manner.
Effective self-management is crucial, ensuring timely completion of tasks while prioritizing safety according to policies and expectations.
Key responsibilities include leading site teams as the Rigger, overseeing projects that meet client requirements, liaising with management, conducting daily reporting, inspecting vehicles, managing tools and equipment, and ensuring proper handover documentation. It is essential to adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Standards set by clients.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in telecommunications rigging or construction rigging with steel fixing;
- A proactive and positive attitude towards HSE;
- Proficiency in working at heights during installations and removals;
- Familiarity with BTS installation.
