Senior Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Service Division as the Senior Operations Director. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to streamline scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to deliver jobs on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversight of the Service Division P&L, including setting budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve margins.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence within the team, ensuring high-performing results.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring fast resolution of service issues and repeat business.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the long-term direction of the division and develop new service offerings that meet market needs.
- Proven track record in operations management, preferably in the water and wastewater pumping sector.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
