The Role:
A highly organised and proactive individual will be the heartbeat of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day while setting up efficient systems to sustain our growth.
They will handle customer care and office organisation, support logistics, and streamline processes with pride in keeping things in order and finding better ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care & Support: Handle customer enquiries via phone and online channels, process customer requests, and ensure every interaction reflects our values and standards.
- Office & Administration: Maintain day-to-day office organisation, provide executive admin support, coordinate calendars, documents, and logistics for events and activities.
- Logistics Support: Assist with posting parcels, support wholesale and eCommerce logistics, and liaise with logistics partners and suppliers.
- Systems & Process Support: Set up and maintain efficient filing, project, and workflow systems, manage and organise the internal drive, and streamline office processes using automation and AI tools.
- Team & Culture: Support new team members, administration, and contribute to a positive, values-driven team environment.
