Lead Automotive Service Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Service Team Lead to join our team.
About the Role:This is a leadership position that requires strong technical expertise in automotive repair and excellent communication skills. As an Automotive Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing complete vehicle inspections, making comprehensive recommendations, building computerized repair orders, and sourcing parts.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
- Follow up with customers regarding services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
- Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks
- Maintain inventory counts
- Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience
- General automotive knowledge
- Leadership ability
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
