Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to manage our service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while actively listening to and consulting customers
  • Follow up with customers regarding services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, and source parts as needed
  • Promote shop service specials and discuss pricing estimates with customers
  • Lead, manage, and train team members while aligning with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
  • Supervise up to ten employees
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience
  • General automotive knowledge and technical expertise
  • Strong leadership ability and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
