Catholic Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Aged Care team in Central Sydney. This role provides an opportunity to work with a leading provider of aged care services, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the needs of older Australians.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing strong and efficient administration support to our organisation. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone to clients and representatives
  • Conducting all client interactions in a professional, knowledgeable, and supportive manner
  • Responding promptly to emails from all stakeholders
  • Providing strong administrative support to ACAS staff to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Escalating complaints to the Customer Care Team Leader in a timely fashion
  • Assisting clients with inquiries related to My Aged Care and assessment outcomes
  • Mailing My Aged Care support plans and Delegate decision outcome notices to clients
  • Conducting monthly client surveys to gather feedback and improve services
  • Maintaining currency of knowledge relating to aged care services both funded and non-funded

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service, both to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with My Aged Care portal and the aged care and/or community service sector
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • Excellent planning, organising, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check
