Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HSE advice and support to all regions as required.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to implement and improve the HSE Management System and performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements governing operational scope.
  • Develop and implement HSE programs to address project-specific issues.
  • Design and deliver generic and project-specific HSE inductions and training for personnel.
  • Manage event reporting and injury management processes.
  • Lead and assist with audits of compliance to HSEQ management system requirements.
  • Support the maintenance, administration, and technical support of electronic HSEQ data management systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant degree or significant experience in a related field.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Certificate IV Trainer and Assessor.
  • Workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work coordinator.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role in the resources sector engineering and services industry.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Exposure to national and international health and safety legislation.
  • Development and implementation of HSE management systems aligned to local and international standards.
  • Intermediate-level computer skills – ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills – ability to communicate with different levels of employees.
