Community Engagement Manager (Mat Cover)

This is a short-term opportunity to build strong community relationships and support Youth Directors in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

About the Role
  • Foster, develop and maintain meaningful connections with community partners and youth directors.
  • Implement training opportunities for Youth Directors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop educational materials for youth to promote engagement and learning.
  • Represent the organization at events and community meetings to foster partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage with local communities.
  • Support Youth Directors in their roles, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in community engagement or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive and creative mindset.
