Future Shaping Civil Engineer

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Your role will focus on the core civil engineering discipline, including roadworks, stormwater drainage & flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure for a range of clients across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, Urban Development, Health, Mining and Resource industries.

- You will be part of a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and drafters with a passion for digital delivery.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:- Developing an understanding of urban development principles, particularly related to site planning and servicing.
- Collaborating with other disciplines (structural, architectural, geotechnical) to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
- Applying problem-solving skills and engineering judgement to real-world design constraints.
- Communicating effectively with clients through written and verbal reports.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Graduate Year: You must have graduated before starting the program.
