Job Description

This role is responsible for the full operational efficiency and accuracy of record maintenance in our office. The Registrar will provide leadership to key aspects of the academic and enrollment services operation, oversee implementation of academic policies and processes related to registration, and innovate and create new processes where necessary.

The Registrar will be responsible for forecasting census projections, establishing and maintaining the academic calendar, and developing and maintaining the course schedule in collaboration with colleagues. This role will also spearhead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative academic program structures and delivery methods tailored for our student population.

  • Schedule classes and rooms
  • Manage records and databases
  • Process student applications and registrations

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus at least five years of experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of student information systems and institutional records
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
