Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Strategist to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to define and fine-tune business objectives and requirements.

About the Role:

  • Create project plans/solutions by gathering requirements and formulating technical specifications leveraging data analysis and existing technical capabilities
  • Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes to develop and implement systems/solutions that promote increased efficiency and productivity
  • Author and update documentation for internal and external stakeholders to standardize processes and mitigate operational risk

Key Responsibilities include:

- Produce high-quality and visually impactful insights and performance reporting on a variety of business needs including holistic 1:1 customer contact experience, marketing channel performance, Campaign Post Implementation Reviews and portfolio insights.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Strong SAS programming skills, especially highly regarded
  • Relevant experience in using data and analytics to drive business results, preferably in the Financial Services sector
  • Strong ability to design and develop a contact strategy, ideally with technical delivery experience

Requirements:

  • Advanced problem-solving, planning, analysis, project management, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to navigate through complex systems and large data sets
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Experience with working in Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban environments

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
