Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis along with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and refresh Reporting & Analytics Team Dashboards and Reporting; both Scheduled and Adhoc to agreed SLAs and timeframes.
  • Develop and execute Reporting & Analytics Strategy in EDMP – Enterprise Data Management Platform in Azure / Cloud environment
  • Attend and/or contribute to the Data Governance Committee, Leadership meetings
  • Evaluate existing; or create new, technical solution designs to meet the ever-changing business/functional requirements
  • Ensure documentation of BAU Processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities, working with Sales Analysts to implement the necessary changes.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and VBA
  • Advanced experience in SQL and Databricks
  • Advanced PowerBI skills
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
