We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Senior Transformation Consultant. As a key member of our People Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and delivering exceptional HR services.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create insightful analysis and recommendations for clients
  • Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions, reports, presentations, and project deliverables
  • Lead change initiatives, focusing on SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, or large-scale digital programs
  • Engage with global networks to provide expert transformation advice
  • Define and measure success metrics to monitor transformation progress
Requirements
  • A relevant degree or qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems
  • Experience working with different HR systems and processes, including process review and design
  • Understanding of HR Technology-related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively
