About This Role

We're seeking an experienced strategy consultant to lead high-impact engagements and drive strategic transformation for our clients.

This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, working with leading private equity firms across the full investment lifecycle—from diligence and value creation to strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of 3–5 consultants on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams, bringing your expertise to guide engagements.
  • Provide intellectual leadership by shaping frameworks, guiding research, and generating insights.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
