Commercial Property Portfolio Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance and growth of the Commercial Property Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease administration, including expiries, renewals and rent reviews to ensure optimal portfolio performance
  • Conduct routine property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed to maintain properties in excellent condition
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to build strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • A positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs to stay up-to-date with industry standards
  • An authentic personality with a 'can-do' approach to take on new challenges and contribute to team success

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
