Job Title:

A senior portfolio development specialist is sought after to lead strategic initiatives and drive business growth within our organization.

This key leadership role will focus on delivering projects that shape the future of our communities, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of project coordination and management, with expertise in performance reporting frameworks, delivery assurance models, and project delivery methodologies. They will be responsible for providing portfolio-wide financial insights and strategic advice, as well as conducting analysis and interpretation of strategic program and project performance data.

In addition, they will report on project status and emerging delivery trends, collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, and facilitate the design, coordination, and delivery of assurance reviews and internal evaluations across the portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading or coordinating projects within an organization of similar complexities
  • Demonstrated knowledge in performance reporting frameworks, delivery assurance models, and project delivery methodologies
  • Ability to provide portfolio-wide financial insights and strategic advice
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
