We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Employment Services Coordinator. This role involves motivating and empowering clients to take steps towards meaningful employment.

Job Description

  • Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Deliver exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.

A successful candidate will be driven to transform lives through a person-first approach, tailoring support and solutions to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles or a similar field;
  • Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment;
  • A genuine desire to contribute to our team's purpose: connecting people and businesses so both can thrive;
  • A current driver's license.
