We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Intervention Worker.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support services to young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish trust-based relationships with young people and their families through empathetic communication and active listening.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify individualized needs and develop collaborative action plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and coordinate care for mild to moderate mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, allied health specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support.
- Participate in community engagement initiatives and contribute to the development of youth-led programs.
Our ideal candidate possesses a degree qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Nursing. Additionally, they should have registration as a Mental Health Counsellor or Psychotherapist (ACA Level 3+) or postgraduate qualifications in a relevant clinical mental health field.
