The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership to teams responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing execution systems and associated standards.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Develop and execute a strategy for implementing, improving, qualifying, and sustaining manufacturing execution systems in the APAC region.">
  • Design, implement, maintain, and govern S95/S88 standards, libraries, interfaces, and associated systems for batch production activities.">
  • Ensure real-time data access and analysis for regulatory compliance purposes.">
  • Implement electronic batch records and automated batch record review by exception.">
  • Deliver new manufacturing capacity through approved CAPEX projects.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other Science discipline, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.">
  • At least 15 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in execution systems.">
  • Specific experience in Operational Technology, process automation, MES, and batch manufacturing industry standards (ISA S88 & S95).">
  • Awareness and experience in manufacturing systems I&T Infrastructure requirements.">
