Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, tightening loose fixtures, and patching holes in walls.
  2. Clean and lubricate tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  3. Assist with moving and lifting objects weighing over 100 pounds.
  4. Use cleaning solutions and chemicals to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and move up and down stairs.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
