IT Support Specialist for Animal Health

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH). As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to ensure seamless operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve IT issues within service level agreements to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Manage events, oversee new hire logistics, and facilitate office reconfigurations to maintain a smooth work environment.
- Log and manage support tickets while participating in incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides, contributing to the knowledge base for team reference.
- Take on additional IT projects aligned with your interests and opportunities for professional growth.
- Travel to other SASH network sites as needed to provide on-site support.
- Set up and support PCs, mobile devices, and desk phones for end users.
- Assist in managing IT infrastructure, including basic server tasks, network connectivity, and printer upkeep.
- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 accounts.
- Provide Level 1 support for internal business applications.
- Negotiate with vendors for IT products and services.
- Keep IT inventories up to date and create training documents for new hires.
