About the Role:

Melba Support Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Traralgon. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement support plans based on the needs, preferences, and interests of the individuals you support.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, hygiene, and household duties.
