Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Professional to join our team at Claro Aged Care and Disability Services. As a Disability Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support to customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
Requirements:
- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance - You must already hold a valid NDIS Clearance to be considered for this position
- First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
