As a Senior Compliance Liaison Officer, you will play a critical role in facilitating industry compliance with the Energy Legislation in the Northern Territory. You will develop strategic and innovative approaches to compliance, including the delivery of targeted compliance and monitoring programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure industry compliance with the Energy Legislation
  • Deliver targeted compliance and monitoring programs to ensure effective enforcement of the Energy Legislation
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the regulatory framework, including monitoring and compliance policies, programs, procedures, and reporting mechanisms
  • Engage with industry and regulatory officers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
