Job Overview

A mid-to-senior level ServiceNow software engineer is required to develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide advanced technical support.

This role involves developing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting, configuration, and customisation skills, as well as experience working in agile methodologies.

The selected candidate will work closely with business analysts, user researchers, and service designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. They will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow applications, providing training and mentoring junior developers, and staying up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and functionalities.

Key qualifications include experience as a ServiceNow engineer or lead developer, strong debugging and root-cause analysis capabilities, and proficiency in agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions, work collaboratively across teams, and demonstrate a willingness to train and mentor junior staff.
