Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Laminex Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Schedule Maintenance Activities: Lead the planning and scheduling of corrective and preventative maintenance work orders, liaising between site maintenance staff, operations, and contractors.
- Maintenance Planning and Review: Prepare maintenance plans for review and agreement with maintenance and operations teams, ensuring alignment with production planning requirements.
- Work Instruction and Resource Management: Identify the correct work instructions, parts, tools, labour, and equipment needed for each job.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely completion of regulatory maintenance activities, including collecting and reviewing service reports and compliance documentation.
- Performance Tracking: Track planned vs. actual performance in work order management, including schedule compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct formal planning meetings with all stakeholders.
- Safety and Compliance: Promote a safe workplace and foster a culture of safety and compliance.
We are looking for a team player with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. You will have hands-on experience in planning and leading maintenance activities, preferably within the manufacturing industry. A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and work within defined timeframes is essential.
