About the Job:

We are seeking high-performing professionals to make a lasting impact in employment services.

As an Employment Consultant, you will manage a caseload of participants with mental health disability and provide tailored support that empowers them to achieve their employment goals.

  • Deliver services using evidence-based practices like the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Support participants through vocational profiling, job search, resume and interview preparation, placement, post-placement support and ongoing support.
  • Strive to exceed individual and team performance targets, delivering sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Build partnerships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with NDIS and community providers, ensuring wrap-around supports for participants' wellbeing.

What You Need:

To succeed as an Employment Consultant, you will need:

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.

  • A current driver's licence and vehicle.
