Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to identify their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
You will sell contract homes and house & land packages while achieving high sales targets, generating leads through display home engagement and following up to convert interest into sales.
Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations, is crucial for success in this role.
Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners will also be essential.
Weekend and public holiday availability is necessary for this role, as these are prime times to connect with customers and make sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven closing ability
- Prior experience in residential sales or understanding of construction/home building is preferred
- Real Estate Licence (highly desirable)
- Passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales activity - Salesforce experience is highly regarded
- A team player who also enjoys working independently
