Fitness First Member Support Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their fitness journey is successful and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support our members in achieving their fitness goals, providing guidance and advice on our services and facilities.
- Work closely with our sales team to promote our services and facilities to new and existing members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to improve member satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to our members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
- Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving goals.
