Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain IMS Procedures: Create clear, concise, and actionable IMS procedures that align with international standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.
  • Lead and Support Teams: Lead and support teams to embed a strong culture of Quality, Safety, and Environmental responsibility from frontline to leadership.
  • Optimise Processes: Partner with specialists to optimise processes, quality plans, sanitation programs, and competency assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in Quality, Safety, or Environmental role within cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG.
  • Certification: ISO 9001 / 22716 / HACCP training; Science or Engineering degree desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.
