About the Role:
Our client stands as a leader in the building products sector, and due to expansion, we are pleased to present an opportunity for an Internal Trade Sales Consultant to become part of the organization. In this position, you will oversee the daily sales operations of the trade division and assist builders with their product requirements through quoting, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and managing invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address trade customer sales inquiries through various channels including face-to-face interactions, email, and phone.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on customer needs, and manage order invoicing.
- Support the warehouse team with order picking, packing, and the handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized trade sales area and warehouse.
- Provide customer service relief within the showroom as necessary.
- Assist in the Architectural Projects department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
