Residential Support Worker

We provide a comprehensive six-week treatment program that accommodates up to 12 clients, offering a complete continuum of care from initial contact through to reintegration into the community.

Your role as a Treatment Facilitator involves engaging and supporting your clients in their ongoing case management, group facilitation, and treatment of AOD dependency and other associated factors within a residential setting.

  • You will develop strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive the necessary support and guidance throughout their journey.
  • As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
  • In addition to client support, you will contribute to the overall smooth operation of the program by assisting with administrative tasks and participating in team meetings.
