Job Title: Warehouse and Yard Supply Officer

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the effective management of warehouse and yard activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure timely delivery and shipments.
  • Performing data entry into respective systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Executing the 6S plan, which includes Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety, as well as conducting physical inventory and asset verification.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to other technicians in areas where they have demonstrated competence.

To be successful in this role, candidates will require:

  • A high school certificate or equivalent diploma, accompanied by at least two years' experience in warehousing or supply chain management.
  • The ability to lift and/or move up to 20 kg, as well as operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
  • Basic written communication skills.
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and possess basic PC skills.
