Construction Project Coordinator

As a Construction Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our construction projects. Your role will involve working closely with our team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Residential construction administration
- Proficiency in Myob software and experience in subcontractor agreements and management
- Accounts receivable, payable, and contract management
- Job analysis and job tracking, reconciliation
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office skills
- Contract administration
You will work autonomously, prioritizing and multitasking to meet deadlines while maintaining open communication with clients and subcontractors. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 1-2 days per week. You will have the opportunity to work on beautiful homes of quality and style.
