We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team.

">

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site construction engineering activities, ensuring short-term planning and programming are completed in conjunction with site supervision.

  • Ensure compliance of the works with technical specifications, applicable legislation, approvals, and standards, and JHG SQE Risk Management process.">
  • Conduct and administer overall job planning and programming, including short-range and intermediate activities for construction projects, for approval by the Project Manager.">
  • Input information and undertake minor design on site, monitor, and recommend changes to design details to increase ease of construction.">
  • Exercise professional judgment in resolving engineering issues, such as construction methods, design, engineering procedures, etc.">
  • Demonstrate financial management skills, including reducing costs and meeting budgets.">
  • Verify subcontractors' claims and variations.">
  • Implement and communicate risk controls and actions involved in project delivery and implementation.">
  • Report on project performance, compliance, defects, and non-conformance.">
  • Undertake safety, environment, and quality risk assessments to ensure acceptable quality of structures and finishes.">

  • Construction management and technical skills relevant to the program of work and discipline area.">
  • Experience in planning, development, and review of complex projects.">
  • Implementation of audits and schedule processes.">
  • Skills in document and record management, progress, and performance reporting.">
  • Risk assessment and monitoring of risk controls in project delivery.">
  • Proficiency in relevant software: Microsoft Suite; Primavera 6 (advantageous), Aconex, etc.">
  • Strong communication skills, including facilitating meetings and basic cost control skills.">
