Job Description:
">- Drive customer success by ensuring seamless adoption, implementation, and configuration of our software suite.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals globally to deliver timely, customer-focused implementation outcomes.
- Leverage technical expertise to meet customer requirements within defined statements of work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- At least 5 years' experience working with or supporting HR, Payroll, or Time and Attendance solutions.
- Strong SaaS software knowledge, ideally in workforce management, staffing, recruitment, or payroll including business management or ERP software systems.
- Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, with the ability to work independently on client projects.
