Senior Solution Architect

Overview As a Senior Solution Architect you will support business stakeholders by providing technical leadership and direction to delivery teams for solutions related to the Consumer and Commercial platforms. This role will assess solution options, architect future solutions in line with business desired outcomes, lead proof-of-concept development, and produce overview and detailed design artefacts that will be the basis for initiative delivery. This role is the authority for technology solution approach and design for initiatives.
Responsibilities Design solutions that derive maximum business benefits and leverage more value from our existing investment in Consumer & Commercial ecosystems.
Design solutions aligned to business outcomes and to the architecture roadmaps for the advertising and consumer domains, with adherence to architecture methods and standards.
Provide day-to-day technical leadership across permanent, vendor and contract resources assigned to projects.
Proactively identify and address delivery/technical issues and challenges in order to ensure business outcomes are delivered.
Contribute to a high performing delivery culture, comprised of engaged and empowered employees.
Lead solution implementation through various delivery models.
Who are you? 5+ years Solution Architecture experience.
5+ years Technical Design and Delivery experience.
Demonstrable experience defining, costing and delivering small, medium and transformational scale initiatives through Agile methods.
Demonstrable experience in Subscription Services and B2C & B2B models highly desirable.
Demonstrable experience across Sales Journey Cash-to-Quote experience highly desirable.
Salesforce delivery practical experience highly desirable across Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales and Service Clouds and integration.
Experienced in providing technical consultation to business stakeholders.
Ability to lead & facilitate scope and solution ideation with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Experienced in leading delivery of technology change with collaborative approach to deliver business outcomes.
Ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience in presenting, exploring solutions through use of whiteboarding.
Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
