About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at the Inverell Processing Facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities across the plant.
  • Coordinate resources, tools, parts, and equipment for timely task completion.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Liaise with the Maintenance and Production teams to minimise operational disruptions.
  • Analyse equipment performance trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
  • Certificate III or IV in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related trade is required.
  • You will have experience in maintenance planning or scheduling.
  • A strong understanding of production processes and mechanical systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with maintenance procedures and systems is required.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are necessary.
  • You will be able to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schedules.
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety is expected.
