Emergency Department Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic emergency department team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized patient care according to the nursing process and scope of practice.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based medicine.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that fosters open communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
- A balanced clinical variety without the overwhelm of a major trauma centre.
- A Level 3 ED with approximately 30,000 presentations per year.
- 20 treatment spaces, including 2 resus bays.
- A fast-track model of care, primary physiotherapy, and an advanced NP model.
- Strong teamwork culture and real support from leadership, mentors, and colleagues alike.
- Exceptional clinical outcomes and strong patient flow.
