Emergency Department Nurse Specialist

As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our fast-paced emergency department.
The department is a designated Level 1 Adult Trauma Center, regional Pediatric Trauma Center, Eye Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and Cardiac Center for the state of Maryland. We provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients as well as trauma patients, with 76 treatment beds handling over 60,000 visits annually.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care in an emergency environment.
- Assess patient conditions, develop plans of care, and implement interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote clinical excellence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program required.
- Active RN license in Maryland or Compact State required.
- Six months' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
