Paediatric Emergency Department Nurse

As a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic emergency department team. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care in fast-paced, diverse environments.
The role involves working collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse Manager to manage staff and resources within the department. You will also collaborate with fellow Clinical Nurse Specialists and Educators to identify and promote education and training needs.
Key responsibilities include leading by example in all aspects of nursing care, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Additionally, you will maintain safe staffing levels daily, aligning with FTE requirements.
